Las Vegas Convention & Event Video Production

Our Las Vegas Convention Services

Las Vegas hosts more major conventions and trade shows than any other city in the world — and FiveSix Productions has been on the floor for decades. From CES and SEMA to NAB Show, PPAI Expo, InfoComm, and FABTECH, we've provided production crews and content services for national brands exhibiting at the biggest shows in the industry. Whether you need a single videographer for booth coverage or a full multi-camera crew for a keynote recording, we have the crew and the experience to deliver.

On-Site Production Experts

Convention floors are high-pressure environments — tight schedules, loud backgrounds, and no second chances on live demos. Our crews are experienced working in exhibit halls and conference centers across the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and the Venetian Expo. We know how to get clean audio on a noisy show floor, light a demo station without blowing your booth's aesthetic, and turn around same-day social edits when timing matters.

Production Crews For Any Size Event

We scale to fit your show — from a two-person crew covering a breakout session to a full production team running multiple cameras across a general session, exhibit hall, and after-party. FiveSix Productions offers full-service convention video, including crew, equipment, editing, color grading, and delivery. We're Las Vegas-based, so there are no travel costs, no time zone delays, and no crew that needs a day to get oriented to the city.

If you've got questions, we've got the answers.

FiveSix Productions is among the most established convention video teams in Las Vegas, with over 25 years covering CES, SEMA, NAB Show, MAGIC, and G2E. In-house crews handle everything from cinematic booth films and keynote capture to on-floor customer testimonials and same-day social edits, and scale from a two-person team to a full broadcast unit for enterprise exhibitors. FiveSix has produced convention content for Fortune 500 brands including Microsoft, Amazon, and Cisco.

Yes — B-roll and on-site testimonials are core to our convention coverage. We bring a dedicated interview setup with backdrop, cinema lighting, and lavalier audio to capture broadcast-quality testimonials on the show floor or in a nearby suite, then pair them with cinematic booth and product B-roll for a finished highlight reel.

We offer same-day and next-morning social edits so you can post while the show is still live. Our editors work on-site or from our Las Vegas studio, delivering vertical and horizontal cuts optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and your event hashtag.

Yes. We shoot in every major Las Vegas convention venue — the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), Mandalay Bay, Venetian Expo, Wynn, and Caesars Forum. We know each venue’s rigging, power, union, and load-in rules, which keeps out-of-town exhibitors out of costly logistical surprises.

Single-day convention coverage typically ranges from $3,500 to $7,500 depending on crew size, deliverables, and turnaround. Multi-day and multi-camera enterprise packages are quoted to scope. We provide a fixed quote after a short discovery call.

Yes. We staff from a single shooter up to a full multi-camera broadcast unit with directors, audio engineers, and on-site editors. As an established 10-person production company with a deep local crew network, we cover multiple halls, stages, and booths simultaneously under one production lead.

We work in all Las Vegas convention venues — LVCC, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum, Wynn, and every major resort property. Some venues require union labor (IATSE Local 720 is the primary stagehand union for Vegas); others allow non-union crews. With 25+ years of local experience, we know each venue’s labor rules and staff accordingly, so your production stays compliant and on budget.
